The new President of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber is Svetoslav Glossov, Msc. Eng. His nomination has been supported by the majority of the delegates, who took part at the General Assembly held on 24.06.2010,  namely 165 out of 202 valid votes.  At the proposal of the newly elected President of the Chamber, the hitherto prevailing one remains BCC President of honour. The second candidature, of  Petar Hristov, Msc. Eng. gathered 33 votes.

The General Assembly reelected Ass. Prof. Georgi Linkov, Msc, Eng. for President of the Register Commission with 196 votes. The new president of the BCC Supervisory Board is Valentin Nikolov.

Delegates to the General Assembly voted for new members of the BCC Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Register Commission.
The Minister of the Regional Development and Public Works, Rosen Plevneliev, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, Lyuben Tatarski, and the Secretary to the Bulgarian Industrial Association, Petar Denev, were the guests of honour.
