Target group:
- Students from 11 Grade of the Vocational Training School in Construction – Pazardjik, 2010 Graduates;
- Trainers in vocational training,
- Tutors from the construction firms.
Objective: Improvement of the quality of the practical vocational training for the students, creation of sustainable partnership with the stakeholders – The School, BCC, Construction firms from the region, Students; Facilitation of the transition from education/training to employment and increase the share of successful realization of the students on the labour market.
Outcome: The most significant results in the project will be the effective accumulation of knowledge and acquisition of specific practice skills in the:
- Particular specialty – for 68 students;
- Work with students in real working conditions – for 8 specialists-tutors;
- Training for work with modern equipment and technologies for 7 teachers/trainers.
